I have visited Hickory’s twice. The food is good quality and the atmosphere is brilliant.What let it down both times was the service. The staff are lovely and friendly, however on my last visit it took around 15 minutes for a server to take our drinks order, which had it have been busy it would be understandable, but it wasn’t busy. I took my adult family for dinner last night and had a fabulous night. The staff were all amazing. They checked in us and helped when my daughter realised the bbq sauce was too spicy for snd changed the meal. They were fun and so helpful.The food was really well cooked with the brisket that I’d been looking forward to really melt in the mouth.We couldn’t managed pudding but they brought us a taster of their it frozen custard which was ‘heavenly’.We will be going back again....read full review

We have just had a most wonderful meal. We had a full rack of ribs and Brisket of beef. The service was excellent throughout. We will definitely be here again. Our surprise was a wonderful gesture. Thank you ?
