How do I give 10 Stars????Ordered 2x Medium fish and chips Small curry and small peas.This would feed a family of 4. They have to be the best F&Cs ive had. Cooked to perfection. When visiting family in Flockton we regularly visit the Grumpy Fryer because not only are the fish and chips excellent but they come in whopping great portions too, meaning great value.

First time called here and it was absolutely lovely. I ordered a large fish with regular chips with a small tub of curry sauce. The staff that served me were so polite and friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The large fish tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection and the batter was just right, not too thick. The chips were delicious also, no crispy or hard bits. And the curry sauce I approve of too. Well worth the price for the quality. Would Recommend!
