Great pub ,excellent staff, range of real ales kept to perfection, quality food , there was a DJ running a Karokie he was brilliant, got the customers up and at it made for a great evening Highly recommend this gem of a pub.
I am a bit biased by going here for over 35 years and not been let down yet. Has a lovely atmosphere. Now a sports bar with tv's visible throughout the 4 rooms. Car park to rear of building also to rear for warmer weather is a beer garden and children's play area.

Real family feel to the place and one of the friendliest and most supportive open mic nights I’ve attended in, well, forever… it’s rare that I miss one these days and I definitely head down when I can - I love that it’s also child and dog friendly - come down on a Wednesday and see some of the amazing local talent on offer - the guy running will even play for you (if he knows the song!)
