Once the lavatorial duties were seen to, I wanted to get a little something to eat. The pasty place at the front was shut and Gregg's had already sold all the good stuff. Marks and Spencer’s had some scotch eggs but all the checkout machines were card only. I waited a while at the proper tills to pay cash but nobody came to serve me so I left my lunch on the counter and walked away. M&S lost out and so did I. They need to get their act together.

We had a very expensive, compleatly tastles, bitter coffee at Costa. We wanted a full English breakfast, but no chance as everywhere but Greggs and Costa was closed! At Costa I looked at the birch smoked maple baccon sandwiches, E numbers out of hell for £6, and whats wrong with normal English baccon?
