Pubs • “My family and I had a lovely lunch here in August 2023. I cannot compliment the team enough for accommodating our ever- changing requests by phone as we neared the day of our meal - including emailing us a menu. On the day we found the food to be good and the service excellent - polite, attentive, but not intrusive. Main courses were both delicious and plentiful in volume (at least for us!). The pub and facilities were very clean. I'd be very happy to take my family there again. The new management and team deserve to succeed, and I wish them every success.”
Pubs • “Absolutely the best Turkish food we've ever had!! Had the lamb iskender kebab & my husband had the chicken iskender kebab, all the food came out so hot and fresh and tasted sooo good! Kids had a buttermilk chicken burger and said it was really nice!.. The staff was so nice and really made you feel welcome. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely go back.Kid-friendliness: Had loads of family board games to play while at your table the kids loved it.”

Burgers great, special of Venison and sautéed sweet potato a very satisfying and tasty choice. Could not fault what we had. Pleasant environment with good staff team.”

Pubs • “1st of all I used FB messager to request a menu from that conversation I reserved a table. Amazing fast communication.On arrival we entered the bar and was shown to our table. We had plenty of space. The food was amazing and they went above and beyond for a special desert for us.The service was perfect and I would highly recommend this pub and can't wait to return.”
“Had a superb lunch while catching up with friends on a wet Monday lunchtime in early October. Excellent 6X and a great menu with certain dishes recommended by the landlord. We took one of his recommendations of the Thai Curry. The choices were fish or chicken and I have to personally say that the Fish Curry was excellent. Nicely spiced and served on basmati rice with a naan bread. Portion sizes were great. The other choice made was the rib-eye steak served on a bed of mushrooms with vine tomatoes and an bowl of chips. The steak was so tender that you didn't need a steak knife. Definitely worthy of a 10/10. They also offer a nice selection of desserts but we were all too full to take advantage. The pub is also very attractive and comfortable and although it was quiet at 1.30 on a Monday, it certainly didn't lack atmosphere. A nice touch is a selection of books for sale to raise funds for charity. Will definitely be back for another visit soon.”
