And the basque cheesecake for dessert was the perfect end to the meal. Highly recommend a visit to Fancy B.

Alex our server for the evening was a delight, super efficient, professional and very friendly. She made our visit and is a real credit. \n\nWill be returning shortly.

Cash only as card machine not working that evening (it’s ok now) so we had to pop to nearby cashpoint after the main course as we fancied a pudding… Food was delicious, we had 11 plates between 4 then 2 portions of churros. Aubergine, calamari, tortilla, and prawns particular favourites- and the churros with thick chocolate sauce! Friendly staff too.

Which was good value for money I has hunters chicken & my partner had gammon which were both tasty & cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly & appeared happy in their work can't comment on rooms as was not staying here. A good location right on the high street.

47-48 High St, MarlboroughBecause we thought The Food Gallery was closed, we tried a few cafes before we discovered that it was in fact still going. The first place we went to had a sign telling us to wait to be seated, eventually after locking eyes with a few waitresses one came over and informed us that we could come back in 15 minutes when she might have a table. Not in a manner that made us want to wait!
We left the courtyard and headed to TFG.
The welcome as soon as we opened the door was friendly, inviting and they were clearly pleased to see us. We were guided to a table but told we could obviously sit anywhere. They were busy but everyone were all smiles, keen to help and as they'd sold out of the drink we wanted, they suggested a similar which we'd never had before - pumpkin spice latte has now been added to the top of the list!
Thank you for brightening up our day.

Great use of space for tables.
Wheelchair accessible in one part of the restaurant (near back door), but when busy can't get to the toilet.
Staff couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful.
Great atmosphere, background music level just right (sat under a speaker).
The main issue is parking; the car park is not big enough if the pub is full - eg at Sunday lunchtime. Especially difficult if you are a blue badge holder and need to park close by.
Low level lighting so low vision may struggle on certain tables.

13A Hughenden Yard, MarlboroughPopped in by chance for a quick lunch time snack on a long drive and my goodness me… we had two small chicken donners and just WOW!!
Absolutely delicious. The salad was fresh and the chicken was super duper yummy.
Can honestly say this place does THE BEST kebabs. I have eaten chicken donner all over the uk and all over the world and molborough charcoal grill beats the lot hands down. Garlic and chilli sauce was to die for too. The price is great and the portion sizes are fab as well. I was also thinking how nice and friendly the staff were. For a teeny weeny little place it’s great. We’ll be coming back one hundred percent to enjoy it again.

The Parade, MarlboroughThe best chicken satay I've had for a long time!! So tasty and peanutty and not greasy at all! I forgot to take a picture of it on the skewers so this is after I'd pulled the skewers out. A good amount of sauce with it too. Highly recommend trying this dish. Literally only grabbed this and chips in the way home after a night out but will be back! We got there at 10.55pm and they close at 11pm. Wasn't sure if they would serve us but they very kindly did with a smile even though we could see they were ready to go.Parking: Easy to park outsideWheelchair accessibility: Ramp over the step to get in and out

84 High St, MarlboroughA very cute, authentic and intimate Spanish tapas bar. The drinks were very good (I recommend the Sangria to share) the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. A little bit more to spend but the food is worth it, especially for the octopus and scallops. For desert, the Basque cheesecake because I almost ordered a second piece. I recommend booking a table and order as much as you can eat.

My daughter and I happened upon this place by chance while passing through from California, and were very pleasantly surprised. She had the avocado toast and I had the Benedict hash. Both were amazing. I would eat here regularly if I lived in the area.

I was able to wrangle two little children plus an excitable dog in for some gorgeous cakes (plus delicious coffee for us adults) on a spring morning in 2026. The staff were helpful and we quickly relaxed. There is lots of space and the decor is beautiful - high ceilings, plants, tiles. We were definitely back next time we're in Marlborough.

A simple menu that covered all the bases. We had garlic mushrooms in a creamy sauce and chicken liver pate for starters. Very good. Two types of tart and a prawn and tuna chowder (pictured) for the main. Apple pie and tiramisu for pudding.
Good portion sizes, full of flavour and fresh.
The staff worked hard and there was a cosy atmosphere at this top of the high street location.
Highly recommend.

The cocktails were brilliant, we asked for a surprise every time and were not disappointed. The slider burgers were all very tasty and we loved the wide range of options. The service from Jason was wonderful, friendly, warm and accommodating, fetching me safety pins when my top broke. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.

8 New Rd, MarlboroughAfter arriving late in Marlborough on a Monday night. I went for a Pint and got to the first takeaway I came across. What a complete Gem. It's the Best kebab I've had in 30 years, that's no exaggeration. Since my favourite ever in Bath shut down.The staff are friendly. The kebab was tender and NOT fatty in the least. The Pitta was soft and stayed soft. The salad was exceptional in my opinion. And the fries which has a coating on were absolutely fantastic ! If you fancy a kebab. Go here.

Maybe get the staff a dishwasher as carting a tray full of crockery up narrow stairs is a disaster waiting to happen (and has).

No, but the fish is a good size and well cooked, the chips (when cooked fresh) are tasty and the Curry Sauce is excellent. Its a massive improvement on the previous management and if you haven't been recently it's definitely worth trying it for yourself.

The Goa Balti Indian Restaurant
Next to West Wing, Devizes Road, Everleigh, MarlboroughA good visit with friends, a warm welcome by staff. We had to wait for one of our party, but the reception bar allowed this in comfort, enabling those waiting to.chat and engage whilst enjoying a nice drink. Service overall was good, but not exceptional, staff were attentive, but would then dissapear and had to be prompted a couple of times. I think this was reflective of just how busy the restaurant got. The food was nice, portions were not big but on reflection wete just right for an appetiser, starter, main and desert if you fancied. Pricing was slightely high for what you got, but not unreasonable. Thete was a relitively hard push on adding drinks, clearly a good profit margin!
Overall a very comfortable, non pressured meal with no.effort to hurry us or get us out. A definate imprivement from my last visit around 8 years back!
I will definately be going again and much sooner this time around, recomended.
