We have just held my husband's wake here. The food was excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. Everything was efficiently served. There were hot drinks included. Everything was carefully labelled for food allergies and preferences. The atmosphere cosy. We felt comfortable and welcome. Very mixed experience. Failed to get the basics right. The side salad, which the waitress referred to as wilted, was more slimy it was so past its best. No discount given The mini sticky toffee pudding and coffee was just amazing. A fresh bag of salad and this would have been 5 stars

Second time lunch here and had a lovely time again. A relaxed atmosphere and quick service. Staff were friendly, engaging and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, lots of choices from sandwiches to full main meals and all tasted lovely and fresh. Despite being just off the main road, it's quiet and cosy inside but with ample tarmac parking right outside. Great level access for those with mobility issues. Will definitely be visiting again.
