14/10/23 - Get The Blessing (indoor gig). I'm not local (Bristol) but follow GTB gigs. This was interesting..I guess the venue has a capacity of 50 max. So to see this world class act in a living room sized venue was a treat. I visit this place once a month for Poetika… a regular spoken word night that meets on the Third Tuesday of Every Month. Always a good night. Themed events and the hosts always dress the stage and wear costumes on theme. Good crowd and great atmosphere. The outdoor performance space is styled like a Big Top with one half of the beer garden covered and the top part open to the elements. What is there to say that others haven't?Quite simply the best venue in the UK.Wonderful staff, brilliant products, great prices, friendly (for dogs and people) and the best live events you'll find anywhere (and they're mostly free!!!).This place changed my life for the better, long may it reign over Salisbury.
