This review is purely about Rowan. The overall McDonalds here is hit n miss from cold, luke warm, missing items, BUT this is about today's service - 19/12/23. I used the drive thru and placed my order. The person on the other end (I now know to be called Rowan) was so friendly and happy! This restaurant is exactly what a McDonald's should be. It was clean with attentive staff. The screens worked as they should, linked to my phone and I was able to retrieve offers from my app, it was reasonably busy but well managed.There was a young lad who seemed to be getting dizzy walking around in circles picking up rubbish and wiping tables at top speed. Hi. Used the machine to order breakfast muffins and coffees. Easy to do and the requested table service provided us food and drinks at the table in about 3-4.minutes.The food was ,as usual up to what is advertised and was tasty. The coffee and hot chocolate were both hot and very nice.The restaurant was clean and I noticed tables were soon cleared and wiped when other customers left.
