We did not stay in the hotel but booked a table in the Flame restaurant for my wife’s 50th birthday. First impressions were not so good as 4 of us were handed 2 menus to share between us by a young and what appeared to be inexperienced waiter. We later mentioned this to who I assume was the restaurant manager who said they were plenty of menus so we should have had one each. My husband and I had a lovely dinner here during our stay at the hotel. The food was really tasty and the service was good! Staff members are polite and professional and the place was clean and had a lovely decor. Definitely recommend!!Kid-friendliness: Children menu
