Long walk from the front door to the back right, via the escalator. This makes it inconvenient before or after shopping. Atmosphere? Loud, jarring, but the fit and finish is fair, if not boring. Though the food is a shadow of itself, the staff are lovely and caring towards customers. I've never seen it busy, nor does it service the locals as a place to eat an evening meal. Amazing service, great team Tesco is lucky to have these workers.As an foreign sometimes I feel nervous and ashamed of asking for things because of my accent and because of negative past experiences but not this time. I have encountered a beautiful and understanding team that helped me getting what I wanted , I was treated with kindness and respect. We was served today by Jessica- baring in mind its Christmas eve so very busy- she was polite, friendly and had a huge smile on her face. We sat and watched her with other customers and she was amazing with them too, especially the young children. Credit to your team. Please pass this on to her.
