I visited the castle whilst working in the area and can honestly say the team were brilliant. I was alone but made to feel very welcome and even had conversations with some locals. I ate the boneless wings and a chicken flatbread which were served promptly and by a smiley waitress. I’ll look forward to returning when I’m the area again. Thank you!

Popped in for lunch, great food, staff were brilliant. Craig deserves a special mention for his excellent customer service and attention to detail. He's a fantastic advert for the pub. We have visited several times and look forward to visiting again. ?
