Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Room comfortable and clean. A little bit of outside noise at times but that may depend on where rooms are, and it didn't really bother me. I'd stay here again, for sure. ?

I had a very nice time at this Travelodge. Only a short 20 minute walk from the Severn Valley Railway. After getting all the way back home I realised I accidentally left a treasured possession of mine, in the room I stayed in. Fortunately the hotel staff saved this possession and with their help I had it posted back home safe and sound. Very helpful staff, especially in being able to speak to them directly on the phone.

Overall this Travelodge is pretty good - service ar the front desk was great and very welcoming. The rooms were as expected but they do need a couple of modern touches like a USB plug for example. Given the proximity to roads and a pub, air conditioning would be a good addition so as windows can be kept closed. But this said, the rooms were clean and tidy. Not the easiest place to get to if on foot from Kidderminster station - requires some rather sketchy feeling and poorly lit...read full review
