Food is delicious and cooked with love . The landlady is amazing. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable and fun to chat to . Superb lunch, as always. My wife described hers as "the perfect turkey dinner". The beef in my Boeuf bourginon was so tender, I didn't need a knife. Glorious gravy and mashed potatoes. Beer in top condition. Welcome and service absolutely top notch!Thank you, Gary and Lynda ?
Absolute perfection. Could not have expected anything else. The service was perfect and very friendly. We had a couple of drinks which were the cheapest in the area by far. The food was just what we wanted for lunch and very well priced. Our only regret was that we didn't eat there in the evening, as where we did eat was very disappointing.
