The Sunday lunch is generally great at The Star, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The meat with the roast dinner was sadly chewy this time. The vegetables were still good and gravy tasty.
Stopped by for lunch. Food was good and great value for money. Very friendly staff and dog allowed too. Will definitely be back soon.Parking: Parking at back of pub but only about 15 or so spaces, but plenty of street parking available.

First time here! Very friendly pub, reasonably priced, good menu food well cooked. No problems at all with free parking at the back through the arch. Just key your car registration on the iPad on the bar. Simple!!Parking: See main comment above! It’s good!
