Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport Marina, Stourport-on-SevernWe booked our table about 4 weeks ago.
Upon arrival we received a very friendly greeting and explained the menu boards and was told our table number.
There were 4 of us eating and we loved the complimentary salad.we ordered chicken wings between us and then our main course and desserts. It was excellent food, very tasty.
My only criticism is losing our first deposit of £40 due to illness a nasty sickness bug, I did rebook straight away, and it was explained to me about 48 hours notice and that my deposit could not be transferred to my new booking, hence I had to pay another £40 deposit.
Perhaps, if the customer rebooks straight away, you could consider transferring their deposit as it’s genuine, and if they do not rebook then they lose it.
I fully understand leaving a deposit, due to a lot of no shows and it’s not good for business.

Newtown Fish & Kebab house
3A Brindley St, Stourport-on-SevernWow! MY husband and I live locally but had never tried this chippy so when we finished work after working in the area we gave it a try. We weren't disappointed! The southern fried chicken was delicious, large thigh pieces and the chips were so moreish, being plentiful in portion size and good value for money. Heads up to the efficient friendly staff too. Will definitely go back when next passing.

Unit 2, 2, Baldwin House, Lombard St, Stourport-on-SevernLovely venue, with loads of character. Wide range of food available. Our party of 6 tried a range of items from across the menu and we were delighted with it all. Service was excellent throughout. Happy to recommend, we’ll be back.

Brinton Arms
75 Bewdley Rd., Stourport-on-SevernI had a voucher offering 40% off and fancied a Sunday roast without the cooking so popped into the Brinton Arms. I was served by Amy who was very good at her job. I had a large roast beef dinner and it was very good indeed. I will be back soon.

The New Inn
Shrawley, Worcestervisited today for sunday lunch after a walk in the woods. Service was brilliant and the food was amazing. A little gem of a place with a beautiful garden to relax in. Dog friendly too - loved the clips on the benches to hold the leads and the water bowls. 10/10.

The Rock Tavern

We had a lovely meal of gammon egg and chips and my Dad had homemade apple snd damson pie with custard which he thoroughly enjoyed with his sweet tooth. The staff were so kind friendly and attentive. Severn Side, Stourport-on-SevernAbsolutely loved this place. As soon as you walked in the door you were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Ordered coffees and food and was really impressed with it all. All freshly made and delicious. There was a bit of a wait for food which we didn’t mind as was enjoying the surroundings. But they were apologetic and to be fair it was well worth the wait. I’ll definitely be back when visiting Stourport.

Just make sure to order off the website instead of JustEat because it works out to be a good chunk cheaper and it’s often faster.
Vegetarian options: There are also amazing veggie options, I never struggle to find something that I want to eat and often have to flip a coin to decide because it is all so tasty

Try the railway curry or the Rang Dang your be amazed. The staff are very friendly and helpful my wife dosnt like spicy food so has any meal mild and I have madras hot which you just ask and they accommodate . Waiting times are very good prices are fair and seating arrangements are great your not cramped together and have lots of room in a very trendy tidy restaurant. All in all it a great night out .

Dunley Rd, Stourport-on-SevernWe visited on Thursday 7th August having just been to the safari park.
We had decided to stay here for the night in order to avoid being in the car too long in 1 day as we live in Mansfield.
Needing somewhere to eat with our 2 young children, this place seemed ideal.
The staff on arrival were very pleasant, and the menu just what we needed. Being a chef myself, it's clear that the kitchen staff here know how to do simple food well, which is what the majority of people want these days.
The food is very good value for money and clearly the people who work here do a good job.
We will definitely return when we are next in the area.
If you haven't yet, then give it a go.

We tried a few new dishes we hadn’t had before and were really impressed with the quality and taste. You can tell the food’s made fresh, with proper care and attention to flavour. Generous portions, great variety, and perfectly balanced spices. Definitely one of the best takeaways we’ve had in a while - we’ll be ordering again soon!

Foundry St, Stourport-on-SevernHighly recommend The Three Lions Sports Bar in Stourport on Severn. Since the pandemic we’ve been twice in two weeks to watch our team. The staff are so welcoming and we feel very safe there. It is immaculately clean and plenty of room to feel safe with ventilation. It’s very secure with intercom entrance and exit. Thankyou to the team.

Canal side, 5 Holly Rd, Stourport-on-SevernLovely location quiet and on the lovely canal with a very short walk to centre of town.
Shared kitchenette allows for easy take-out or delivery meals and also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as simple pub food downstairs.
Over a pub so some noise unavoidable on Friday and the weekend. Separate entrance with own key access at any time.
Plentiful breakfast made to order by friendly hosts.
Small rooms not really suited to business traveller but fine for holiday couples.
Electric showers cut out due to low water pressure which was disappointing.
Very convenient parking, although there was no guarantee of a spot when returning in the evenings.
Rooms: Small with ensuite but erratic electric shower.
Walkability: Walk straight out to canal tow path and then easily in to town. Take a torch during Winter months.

Severn Pizza and Burger Bar

Before lockdown, a friend and I visited during the afternoon to find the door shut and locked with no sign or anything to explain why. It was open business hours including theirs according to Google. There was a meal deal advertised on the window that would end after 4pm and we wanted to take advantage of it. After some time, somebody came to open the door from outside, didn't apologise for our wait or explain why he was opening up now and told us the advert was old and that they don't do it anymore, to which I replied by telling him to take it down in that case and next time leave a sign to avoid wasting people's time. We went to Domino's a bit further up instead.Since then I have ordered Kebabs from them and they have been cooked well with little wait time and good value for money portions. So, so far so good but looking at the reviews, I would suggest they pay attention to their customer service more because there are plenty of other places to eat from and even though the customer isn't always right you don't want to be losing any especially in this economy.
