We just went to a pub we’ve heard good things about. Made the booking and got a call straight away to say we’re serving but sadly we’ve only got 8 roasts left and they’ll be gone when you get here. Fair enough.Got there, had a drink in the bar, guy put the rugby on for me, excellent pint of Estella Galicia (clean line for sure). Loved the GF fish and chips best I’ve ever had to be fair and I’ve had my share … fish was very fresh and batter was crisp and soft yummyDietary restrictions: I’m GF intolerant and had the GF fish and chips

My wife and I usually goto another pub for food locally but after discovering The George recently we will now be coming back time and time again. Beautiful pub and the food is lovely. Pretty good value for money too.
