First time visiting the Guinea, popped in on the off chance, they were very busy but still found us a table for four. A very pleasant young man showed us to the table and took our drinks order, once again a very pleasant lady took our order, little wait for food but that didn't matter as we were out for a relaxing lunch. Basically we only ordered sandwiches and baguette, all came well presented and was really tasty and plenty of it. We were all very happy with the food and good...read full review

Really lovely food. Quite a large pub and lots of tables. Was very busy for mid week but didn't put us off. Not a long wait for food. Nice log fireplace..We had tried to call ahead and book but when we arrived we realised why no one answered..only 2 waitresses..but they did a fab job! So nice. Thank

My wife and I had lunch at the Guinea and it was delicious. I went for the Seafood Bake and she had the steak suet pudding and would recommend both. The lady behind the bar and the young gent who served us were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go
