Fabulous food and venue, but being charged for vegetables that were suppose to be included left a bitter taste . Serving staff were really good. Being the only ones in the restaurant i was suprised the chef did not come and say hi and socialise at the end at least. We did sit down late but not an excuse to be what seemed to be a moody atmosphere from the kitchen !! Real shame i would have given an exemplary review otherwise. Its not a cheap place but i consider it extremely good...read full review
Lovely supper once again at the DD. The food is delicious and I especially enjoyed my lamb dish with the most superb gravy. The young staff were excellent - so polite and attentive. Good job!

Went here recently, only to find that my trousers did not fit. To my surprise I was allowed to stay and had a wonderful time walking around tea bagging unsuspecting diners on their desert course.
