I wanted somewhere a bit special to stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. We researched around and found The Great House.Everything was wonderful. The hotel was superbly clean and staff were very helpful.We would 100% stay here again. It surpassed expectations.PS. The perfect little weekend away in February - we stayed at The Great House for 2 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check in was smooth and easy, price was excellent for the facilities, and the bedroom was gorgeous. Will definitely visit again.

So good that we've booked for next year s New Year already...stayed here after doing the Mill Theatres at Sonning for a lNew Years show there...Rooms very comfortable ,maybe the bathroom vanity units need an upgrade(Room 76),but all in all a lovely placevto stay,and the breakfast at the Coppa restraunt was great ?.
