When all the other Indian restaurants in Wokingham said that they would be unable to accommodate my booking request for 1.00 pm on Boxing Day, the Boishakhi Restaurant were the only restaurant who were both willing and able to do so. Nice food, although they had no beef, the lamb alternative was nice. It was about 7pm on a Thursday, so it was quiet and no one else came in all the time we were there. The restaurant was pretty cold which is not a nice environment to eat a meal. Even one of the waiters had his big puffy jacket on. Staff did not ask how our food was !! Had a really nice catch-up and meal with some mates. It can get pretty busy so I recommend booking. Food is really nice, service is not great but the food makes up for it. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been before.
