I had booked the crafty cow after seeing it on my journey to the hospital after my husband had an accident at work. I live 3 hours away in the Midlands. The staff have been so welcoming and accommodating as I am on my own not from the area. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend. Lovely food lovely staff, however I went here with 10 family members, a lot of money was spent. I have now received a letter with a parking fine of £170.00! It’s now November & we dined here in march! No letter in between that time telling me I had a parking fine! Very disappointed & has put me off coming here again

We've stayed in the rooms here a few times now and they're comfortable and I think fairly good value. It's a shame there is no breakfast option as judging by the couple of meals we've had in the pub downstairs, they'd be great but Bristol isn't exactly short of good breakfast places so it's fine. The pub downstairs is nice and welcoming. Good range of drinks (although not a huge range of cocktails) and prices are what you'd expect.
