I visited during a business trip which I've done a number of times.The dark haired older lady (possibly in charge?) was rather rude, no greeting or smile. There were two people in front of me & whilst waiting I looked on my phone for the Nero App. She glared at me! Turned her back whilst speaking then tutted when I didn't answer. Good quality coffee, Service friendly and quickParking: There is free parking up past the pond in Chesham , unlimited hours unless you pay and display parking in the High Street or In private supermarket parking ( pay and display) or council parking pay and display close to Chesham Town Hall
