No room in any other cafe so we resorted to coming in here. Expensive cakes and pastries. The tea and latte were large though and nice and hot. The toilet was grubby and the loo roll was on the floor. Hand dryer didn't work. Dirty sink. It doesn't fill you with much confidence in kitchen hygiene when the toilet is dirty.
Favourite coffee place, but unfortunately ruined by the barista with hickeys all over his neck. Nice to see someone found someone in their life but not what we need to see in a coffee shop.

The usual lovely drinks, and staff all seem very good at Caffè Nero. It's a nice atmosphere, but it is rather noisy and echoey, with very little to soften or absorb sounds, which does mark the place down for me. Still, I'd recommend it overall.
