Great place with great hosts - was surprised at how nice and modern this place was given how little we had to pay! Only a 10 minute walk from the nearby town where there’s a pub and a nice curry house - very relaxing stay
Great place to stay for a large family group or number of friends as there are 4 suites, two with extra sofa beds and all with own bathrooms. All comfortable, well equipped rooms. Worked so well for the eight of us spanning three generations. Loraine was a very accommodating and kind host who helped us out when our original booking was withdraw with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you so much to The Anchor for making a full weekend with guests an amazing birthday break. It is beautiful with every comfort needed and done up to the highest quality. It is also set in such a beautiful setting, a hidden jem.
