Curry night at the New Sun. Well, this was a really good evening. Unexpectedly it was a ‘tapas’ curry with samples of curried lamb, chicken, potato, planner accompanied by rice. Very nicely cooked by Andy the Chef and ably served by Naomi and her latest intake of servers and bar staff. Restaurant full which gave a good buzz. Thanks Naomi. Very good value £28 per head.
Had a lovely meal in The Sun. The food was excellent with some great fish choices. It is wonderful that the menu is changed regularly and there are fab specials too. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Also choices of seating..restaurant, orangery and garden. Beers are well kept too!

I came into Kimbolton tonight with my dog to get away from the fireworks in Raunds. 1st time every going in to The New Sun Inn. I was welcomed in with my dog Shadow. Great people, atmosphere amazing. Welcomed with open arms. Invited to come back with Shadow again (big hit) and to bring my puppy. I will off course take them up on their offer. Thank you to the owner and the lovely residents of Kimbolton I met tonight.
