We rang to book on Saturday evening and were sitting at our table half an hour later. Mo was extremely helpful with our dietary restrictions and he runs a great team and lovely restaurant. The food was excellent, we both tried Nepalese dishes for the first time and, with Mo's help, we both chose things we enjoyed very much. Great food, great service and good value for money.We were lucky enough to get a table without a booking but 3 sets of people were turned away while we were there as the place was fully booked, on a Thursday!. So be sure to make a reservation.Would definitely recommend the Goat Curry and the Kathmandu Chicken.

My wife and I first ate out at this location many years ago. It was a different restaurant then! But since it became Gurkha Spice it has, if anything, improved. We liked it before. We like it even more now.The food is delicious. The service is courteous and attentive. And it doesn’t cost the earth. What’s not to like? It’s usually pretty busy. At least when we’ve been. But not excessively so. It’s in the Goldilocks zone, ie, just right.
