Order one of the fresh pizzas from the menu and have it with some coleslaw and chips from Fri-Sun. Opens Wed/Thurs from 7pm, Fri/Sat from 6pm and Sunday 12pm - 7pm.
Did not post £'s pp because we drink a lot but beers are very reasonable compared to other local boozers and pizzas FAR better than the takeaways (!) (And much cheaper)

The Chequers
128 High St, Sutton, ElyLovely quiet pub, very friendly place and dog friendly too! Food is great! Only downside is not disabled access. But it's an old pub so expected. But staff are very happy to hold the door and help you in. Valued village service!

Spice Indian & Bangladeshi Restaurant, Ely, Cambridge
46-48 High St, Sutton, ElyLovely meal tonight as a belated birthday celebration. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. They even gifted me a small bottle of Prosecco for my birthday.
