We walked past this little restaurant during a summer event when the town centre was closed to vehicles and made a mental note to go and try it some time. Today was the day and we walked in about 12 noon to a warm welcome. Although we had no booking we were given a table for 2, leaving only one more table apparently unreserved. I booked out the restaurant for my upcoming "big" birthday for 20 people. The whole process was very easy from making menu choices and sorting out seating arrangements. The food on the night was very nice as always, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the ambience/atmosphere was spot on. Would definitely recommend this place for a private booking, it's a nice size so you can have the place to yourself and enjoy your night.
