Food here was really good as usual, have been to the one in Birmingham and everything is very consistent, the staff were polite but not very attentive, my mother asked for a hot water several times and it took us until half way through our meals for them to get it for us which is a shame but doesn’t ruin our experience, the portions were great and good value for money
We came here on Sat 30th December! Due to the heavy rain we arrived about an hour early and we were happy to wait in the bar area, but as our table was ready we got seated straight away! All the food was incredible and considering it was early Saturday evening there wasn't a wait on food either! All the team that we came across were so approachable and friendly and really made us and our two boys feel welcome! It's our first time at Hickorys and we can't wait to come back!

Our family had a very good experience this evening. Service was exceptional by all staff. Casey primarily looked after us and was friendly and efficient. The food was good quality. Particularly recommend the brisket main and the bacon bites starter.
