Lost & Found Knutsford

I visited The Lost and Found yesterday (20th) Sept. I found it when wondering around.
I was quickly seated and given a menu. Ordered a Advocado salad, Mac/Cheese. For dessert I ordered Basque Cheesecake. Service with a smile, delicious ? food and a great vibe to the place. It started to get busy. Always a good sign. People maybe returning because of the fantastic food, Service and atmosphere.

Plough and Flail

Wonderful escape from trick or treaters ?
Always such a friendly welcome and prompt service however busy or quiet. The staff always make you feel at home straight away. ?
Husband ordered soup and chicke from the set menu and I had the same chicken and apple crumble. All delicious and beautifully cooked and prepared. My only advice is leave the little apple crumble pot to cool down for a while before you even attempt to turn if our as it was molton hot!!! Gorgeous chicken with a Stilton sauce (bit more sauce would've been perfect but I guess I should've just asked for more, in hindsight).
Great night and we parked ourselves right next to the open ? fire so it couldn't have been nicer.
Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parking: Massive pub car park. No charge. No reg input.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide external doors, loo and no steps into the pub.

Neki Cafe

Called in at lunchtime without booking and we were lucky enough to find a table easily - it got busier soon after we arrived.
A great choice of dishes on tge menu - all day breakfasts and lunch dishes as well as a wide range of drinks.
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed and the staff were attentive and polite.
Will definitely be back to try more on the menu when opportunity permits.

Chicinos Knutsford

Great place. Food is fantastic! Adnan runs a great team in the shop. Couple of times I have been in they have been thoroughly deep cleaning. Can't fault it one bit.

The Golden Pheasant At Plumley

We were a large party who came here for dinner and I hadn’t booked. It was busy but Charlotte managed to get us all in and save me from a grilling. Food was really good and Nathan behind the bar made me laugh. It had a friendly atmosphere and I would definitely recommend to come here as we will be coming here again.

Cranford Cafe & Sandwich Bar

A really nice little find, great British breakfast includes fried bread as standard, which is something you don't often see these days.

The Tea Room

Don’t miss this place! Wonderful afternoon tea for 3 of us, while my sister was visiting from Vancouver. Absolutely excellent! A real personal touch! Freshly made sandwiches; scones outstanding and cakes delicious. Service quite perfect….nothing too much trouble. Go now!

Piccolino Knutsford

Excellent family lunch on Christmas Eve. Our waitress Ruby was very knowledgeable about our coeliac daughter's gluten free requirements. I wish all restaurants were so well equipped for allergies etc.. All round great experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

Gusto Italian

Excellent food, good varied choices and very accommodating for aLactose intolerant customer. Wine was expensive but a mid range Pinot Grigio was nice. Lidia looked after us very well, helpful but intrusive. Recomnended?

MARGAO

Best Indian takeaway in the area out of the ones we’ve tried. (And we’ve tried a lot.) The quality of the food is amazing and the street food dishes would rival some of the best spots in Manchester. Think along lines of Tiffin Room or Bundobust.
This is our go-to takeaway on (almost!) a weekly basis. They deliver and offer a kids menu as well, which is always a bonus! I was pleasantly surprised moving out of the city centre to find such a fantastic, fresh and consistently delicious restaurant.

Legh Arms

The staff were amazing and we had the nicest porn star martini I've ever tasted. The food was also amaizng. Our experience was the best end to a lovely girly weekend away

Pizza Express

Nice restaurant. Stopped by to get my freebies on the app. It's not too big but in a nice location. Service was great, and the waitress was very helpful and lovely. Food was great, no problems at all. I shall be back.

Domino's Pizza - Knutsford

Really liked the pizza and chicken here, served hot and fresh and reached perfectly on time. Enjoyed it a lot with friends and family, will recommend Knutsford Dominos for anyone who’s hungry, because it is the only big fast food chain in Knutsford and I believe it’s the most reliable too. Service on call was great too, very polite.

Vegetarian options: So fresh and delicious. Full with flavours
The manager and the staff is so welcoming and the services are amazing.

Parking: Easily parked in front of the store and has no issues with parking because there was plenty of space

Kid-friendliness: The dominoes wall kept my child occupied as he was reading the facts the whole time while I was collecting the order.

April's Kitchen

I hired April's for a private party. It cam take about 70 people comfortably and as it was lovely weather we could spill out onto the pedestrian area.
They were able to play my Spotify playlist and ensured all our food was gluten free- delicious bowls of Singapore fried rice and a fish and chips.
The best part is April's staff. Absolutely lovely, helpful, attentive, chatty, wonderful staff who literally couldn't do enough for everyone.
I would ? % recommend April's for your function.

The White Bear

An amazing cosy pub with a ceiling so low you almost have to limbo dance to the bar. They have a nice selection of pies on the bar if you’re peckish, and my fella was well happy to see Murphy’s stout on tap, makes a nice change from Guinness. There is a nice big beer garden out back as well with some seating under cover

The Bells Of Peover

We are trying to do some country walks and had chosen a walk from the Bells in the Cheshire Countryside. We booked lunch for after our walk. Being January the walk was cold and alot of the fields were muddy but the thought f a lovely lunch at the end kept us cheerful and the Bells did not disappoint. We were running late and let them know and it was no problem. The staff are friendly and cheerful and extremely helpful. The young man on the bar was really lovely and drinks were served very quickly. All of the waiting staff in the restaurant couldn't've be more helpful or friendly. Great service. We had the artisan bread and popcorn shrimps to start. I am allergic to shellfish but my husband and son loved the shrimps. The bread and butter was outstanding and worthy of many up market tasting menus I have tasted. I had the chicken supreme which was delicious with a wonderful rich gravy and very tasty moist chicken. My Husband had the lamb which was cooked to perfection and our son had the fish and chips which was really lovely. The fries were the best I have tasted in any pub/restaurant and tased amazing they were crisp but soft inside and tasted home made not out of the freezer. We have never been before but will definitely be back and would give more than 5 stars if we could.

Really quirky but totally friendly place with lots of interest and seating. Upstairs outside area is lovely in the cool summer evenings- very clean and lovely people working there

12 of us went here for a cocktail lesson last night. We had the best time! James was our host and he made the evening an absolute joy. Music, cocktails and laughter...Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you James!

Just had a Large Hawaiian burger. The best burger I’ve had in a long while. Keep it up guys and next time I’ll tip you. People love high standards these days for the prices they pay.

Absolutely delicious food! I had sweet and sour veg with egg fried rice. Best I've ever tasted! Quick delivery and friendly driver. Will definitely be ordering again!

High Legh Park Golf Club & Driving Range

Top notch, will be my go to. Everything you need from a nice range with Top Tracer, to a 9 hole course and 18 hole course - need to try those next time! Complete with a bar and an American Golf shop too.

Old Sessions House

Visited on Saturday, what an absolute little gem of a pub. Staff very attentive and welcoming, lovely atmosphere with great food. As I’m new to the area didn’t realise was under new management and it was there opening weekend met new landlord who was so lovely, very polite and well mannered and sat and had a chat with us and welcomed us to the area.There was a group of individuals who were being very rude, shouting and came off as aggressive towards staff on the door. The staff handled this situation politely and calmly and was nice to see and made me feel safe and that staff are in control of any situation that could occurWould 100% recommend this pub and can’t wait to visit again, defiantly one of the best I’ve been too. If you haven’t visited you must try

Cross Keys Hotel Knutsford

Visiting knutsford for a wedding.booked a few months was a bit unsure about the management. Present management more than made up for any concerns and put me at ease very helpful, accommodation spick and span. Had a really good stay thanks to Ian, Tyler and rest of the staff I met. Lovely little place and a fantastic atmosphere. Think I’d prefer this place in the winter. It was a glorious sunny day and inside we needed candles and lights to be able to see, bizarre but quaint and cute.
Good food and staff super attentive.

My favourite Knutsford pub. Walked in after a shocking day at work and the friendliest welcome changed that from the moment I walked up to the bar and met the wonderful
Landlady. What a warm and lovely welcome. Plus beer was top drawer. Doesn’t get better.

Shamoli

I came here a couple of weeks ago with a friend and it was so good I have just visited again with another friend!! The food is amazing, by far the best Indian in Knutsford and potentially could be the best peshwari I have ever had. I can’t recommend it enough - both of my friends are meat eaters and I am not but regardless we all loved our meals. The staff are brilliant, friendly warm and funny and add the cherry on the cake!\nThe Sunday and Thursday offer is great value for money but even without that I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Shamoli for a takeaway if I was ordering Indian.\n\nThank you - I’ll be back soon! :-)

The Courtyard Coffee House

A cosy, welcoming spot perfect for a relaxed morning. While we weren’t able to bring the baby’s pushchair inside they kindly provided a high chair (even though the baby was too small to really use it, it was still appreciated). I had a cappuccino with a cheese croissant which arrived fast. Baby loved looking at the train that kept going around while we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The lady serving us was warm and very accommodating. A great little find, we’ll definitely be back!

Pastiche

What a lovely restaurant. I went this event with my daughters for tapas and was very impressed with the menu, lovely staff and gorgeous food all modestly priced. We mistakenly ordered more than we could eat as the portion size was very generous. I am definitely going to have this as my “go to” place to eat in Knutsford.

Amazing as always. Thank you, but please, for the love of all that is holy, GET A WEBSITE. The people are speaking. We are hungry. We want your food. All of it, but we suffer from extreme social anxiety because we have been brought up in an environment of mobile devices and computers and internet and we’ve forgotten how to interact with humans properly. So we need a way of ordering online, anonymously and being able to pick it up from a small hut out the back where we don’t have to interact with anyone. Please, please, please, please, please ??. Thank you. I love you all. Best Bakery in all of Town Lane. And the world. With cherries on top. Even A black-market yurt rental in the middle of Siberia has a website, and no one’s Googling “illegally off-grid nomadic accommodation with no paperwork”—and if they are, they’ve already got frostbite and a satellite phone, not a Wi-Fi signal. Grt beer cheap ? friendly staff food excellent should be a Michelin star Sunday roast proper homecooked food locally sourced vegetables .Yorkshire pudding s freshly made gravy roast potatoes .Landlady did say to book to avoid disappointment

Visited recently with my wife haven't been their in years. Still the same love the place lots of character. A proper pub.
So warm & comfortable great food at a reasonable price. Good range of tasty well kept beers.
Excellent helpful staff.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in Knutsford.

I really loved the iced salted chocolate – it was delicious! The staff were fantastic and even went the extra mile to make foam with oat milk. My sister also enjoyed her iced coffee. The gluten-free cakes were also amazing. Highly recommended!

Cafe on the Corner

Fantastic Cafe. Ali is so welcoming as is all his staff. The food is awesome but the coffees in particular are outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to the cafe on the corner.

Church Hill Cafe

The decor is splendid and modern, the staff are hardworking and attentive, the service is fast; there is a good selection of eatables, the coffee and food were lovely.

D13 Irish Bar

Guinness isn’t the best but ok price at £5. Rather pay a bit more and it be nicer. Need bar stools upstairs bar , and more Irish s**t on the walls etc and it be grand ??

I only give food 3 stars as it’s very over priced for the portion you get.
Staff are very welcoming, drinks always made to order.

Always a pleasure to visit. Friendly staff, never go wrong with my usual. 1 star down for the food cause of the options for higher protein snacks. But the Americano is always a Fav. Whether I'm sitting in or take away. Keep it up

Hooked on the Heath

Fish was cooked fresh when we placed our order. That and the chips were both piping hot, deliciously crunchy and you could tell the fish was high quality. The portions were perfect and I would not complain at the price especially compared to similarly expensive places around the area with significantly lower quality. I would be happy with this meal if it were served at a nice restaurant!
