I come to get a toastie on my break on 23rd November. I didn’t catch her name but she gave amazing customer service. Made me aware that there is a meal deal and I got a drink with my toastie I had been the previous day and another employee didn’t tell me this. If that wasn’t enough she said I was one of the most polite customers they had had all morning and gave me a muffin for being polite. The woman asked me twice about what frappe I wanted and still made the wrong drink. I can understand that u may have been busy, but slamming stuff down after me putting forward that I had the wrong drink isn't the type of service u want from anywhere.
