Been visiting the Kings Lock frequently for some time now, and I can honestly say that this is one of the friendliest, liveliest and welcoming pubs i’ve ever visited! The staff are brilliant, there are often events scheduled to appeal to all different people, great selection of real ales!! I’d give more stars if I could!! Honestly may just be the best pub I've ever been too, rotating cask ales so you'll never get bored, great food can have a great bite to eat with your pint, staff are amazing always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get great service, Honestly can't think off a better pub then this

We parked our narrow boat up this evening and we’re desperate to find a friendly warm place to eat and The Kings Lock didn’t disappoint. Great food and drink. There was a real buzz in the pub, the music was fab - Northern Soul!!! Service was super - polite and professional. Thanks Matt!! ?
