The good was delicious and the staff very friendly. However, I had a half portion and kids portion for my 3 year old grandson and it was just under £30. A bit much for a pop in to get him something to eat.
Good location and good atmosphere in the restaurant (as it was busy). Food was excellent though they need to get a bit more savvy on a couple of things. The tomatoes were not chopped finely for the bruschetta, they were simply quartered or halved baby plum tomatoes. The olives were very basic and (rather unpleasant) cheap. There are so many good olives out there and these were not up to par. Everything else was excellent and the staff attentive. Phoebe please take a bow!

A pleasant, welcoming - if not slightly old-fashioned - pub not far from the M56. The menu is not extensive but the food was well-presented, good value and tasted excellent! Slightly quieter music and more comfortable seating would have been appreciated, but in general it is well worth a visit.
