Lovely pub near the Anderton Lift! While moored up for the night we walked over and enjoyed the warmth of both the building and friendly staff. The food was quite delicious and drinks cold. Hope to be back!Vegetarian options: Really enjoyed the vegetarian burger with sweet potato fries and salad!
Met with other boaters here and was made to feel so very welcome, ordered food which came quickly (gorgeous lamb).Only downside was a lack of cask ales but after the heatwave who can blame people for rushing to have some!
