What a fab little place this was the landlady was lovely !! I even smashed a vase off the bar and still it didn't matter.. First time coming here and it won't be last,was clean,tidy music was good, a good selection of alcohol and EVERYONE was friendly .. you made us feel right at home! It's nice to come away on holiday and find a pub we're you feel so welcome and at ease, instead of being stared at and made to feel uncomfortable because your not a local.!! Recently reopened friendly local in a pleasant village. Range of real ales at very reasonable prices. Excellent value Sunday roast at 2 for £10, all freshly cooked. It was busy when we visited and they had no desserts, but this place deserves to succeed. Dog friendly. Family friendly.

Wonderful pub with a great atmosphere! The prices are VERY reasonable and it's always busy but not so busy that you struggle getting a drink or a place to sit.The people there are very friendly and welcoming as are the owners who are exceptional and often organise entertainment and other fun events. Highly recommended.
