We ended up staying here in the on-site accommodation last minute, as we had to vacate another hotel due to mould issues and we were travelling with our 8 month old. The staff were incredibly accommodating and upon hearing of the difficulty we had with the other hotel upgraded us as they had a suite available. Simply wonderful!!! OMG the staff are just phenomenal by epic proportion!! The ladies doing the cleaning are just the salt of the earth and we love em all. The girls co-ordinating bookings and reception take a bow! You are awesome! Nothing was ever a problem, the help and advice you gave along with your friendliness will never be forgotten. My mum and I booked two separate rooms. Our stay was from 23rd December to 27th December. We have previously stayed at the Lewinnick and decided to stay at The Plume this time. We arrived before the official check in time but were shown to our rooms 15 & 16 as they were ready. These rooms are classed as Deluxe Doubles.
