Did the take out on Sunday for roast dinner for the mother in law as she is elderly and doesn't like to go out it was the end of Feb the place was heaving (good sign all locals)the tins were stuffed food was great and we struggled to eat it all definitely be
A party of 4 and one dog, 2 of us had fish and chips that were very good 1 had the lasagna and 1 burger. All the food was to a very high standard. The service was also first class. Definitely highly recommend.

Food was tasty but a bit sparse for the price. I ordered a burger n chips and that's exactly what I got. It would have been nicer with a bit of side salad and/or coleslaw. I had mayo but had to ask for it. Good beers, usual Proper Job & Hicks etc. Good sized car park and even had an EV charger but looked liked it was a payfor unit tho I didnt check.It was a cold day and it was chilly in the pub. A nice roaring fire would have been welcome.
