ATTENTION!!! THIS IS THE BEST GASTRO PUB IN THE AREA... first night we ordered the Gammon, fresh grilled pineapple, duck's egg and chunky chips... simply remarkable... it was so good we booked for the next evening... we treated ourselves to the Chateaubriand... steak like you have never tested before, so tender the knife dropped through, accompanied by wonderfully tasty juicy flat mushrooms, rocket salad, chunky chips, peppercorn sauce ... can't wait to come back... such friendly...read full review

Visited recently for the first time.Staff gave us a friendly welcome, the food was amazing and the staff couldn't have done more. Very helpful providing gluten free choices too.The whole experience was lovely. Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often
