Best Mexican food in the UK! Great portions, flavor, spice, and prices. Very friendly and hospitable owners, too. Highly recommend if you are going to the Lake District. Used to live in Houston and Phoenix and spent a lot of time in Mexico - this place is authentic!
Best restaurant experience I’ve had in ages. The owners are friendly, interesting, fun, and generous. The food is phenomenal. As someone who’s visited Mexico multiple times, it is truly authentic. Cannot be beat. I’ll be back to Ambleside just to visit again.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Allergy friendly. Vegan friendly.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff.
