Ribeye steak was absolutely gorgeous had mac'n'cheese and creamy leeks and bacon. Couldnt fault the main course.For dessert the menu said it was:a warm waffle with chocolate ice cream and sauce,this was not the best because theWaffle was very hard, it was more like a waffle pastry case with vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce , with a shard of dark chocolate (didn't like this at all). Everything was clearly homemade. Couldn't fault it. We drove a little bit further to visit this place on our holiday and so glad we did. Perfect meal to finish our trip. Will definitely be back if we are down here again!

Visited whilst on holiday in Keswick. The food did not disappoint- it was amazing! Would highly recommend. Would agree the atmosphere in the back restaurant up the stairs is not the same as it seemed at the front but it didn’t spoil the experience. Staff, food and value for money all 5 stars for us! Thank
