Twelve of us went to celebrate my 63rd birthday. Our ages were between 4 and 89. It was my first visit here, though my daughter had been before and recommended it. I can honestly say the Sunday lunch was one of the best I've ever had. We all had standard portions, apart from one large and two small. All were generous sized. The grandchildren had kids meals. We stayed in a holiday home up the road and popped in one night for a drink. Lovely pub, landlord was really friendly - nice beer, he even lent us a pack of cards :) Best bit was when the landlady (I think) came out with some amazing home made sausage rolls - deffo recommend this place if you want a real, genuine, local pub feel with nice beer.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Honest staff, when I asked a question that he didn't know the answer to, he said "I don't know". Quite refreshing. Good price for good food and service.
