Great little pub, very quiet in January when I usually visit. Cosy, wood burning stove in bar, Wainwright's on draught kept well. Very tasty veggie curries. My go to place in Glenridding in
Flying visit for a light lunch. Parked right outside and on a freezing cold day it was welcome to sit next to the fire inside. Always a friendly welcome with wholesome food. Soup of the day and cheesy chips.

Perfect stop after a walk in the lakes. Nice range of drinks and the perfect pub grub choice of food. Burger was spot on with plenty of chips. The 'generous' prawn cocktail was very generous as well! Thanks for a lovely finish to our walk :)
