I went to this shop a few days ago and was served by a red haired girl and a guy who's name badge said barista in training and had a really amazing experience, after such a good experience I returned with my friend again yesterday. Always go in every morning when we are here for the week, Tracy is an asset to the business always pleasant and very hard working and always makes a nice hot latte even today when she was in alone she was still smiling

Keswick Costa coffee shop is lovely and friendly occasionally I have to wait a little because it's so popular but that's the price you pay for good coffee on my last visit I was a little bit disappointed with a member of staff she had a little bit of an attitude problem a foreign lady I know it's been quite warm maybe it was the weather that was affecting her
