Always a favourite when we visit KL. Often we find that brewery / beer focussed places have other options as an afterthought, but we particularly love that here seems to do everything well, so non-beer drinkers can really enjoy it too.On our latest visit, we called in late morning for coffee, and enjoyed an excellent cappuccino. I was all over England for two weeks; I looked for good beer in about a dozen pubs. KLB had by far the best selection, and was the only place I found that offered a stout other than Guinness (which is too light for me). I was very happy to see that KLB offers two stouts, both delicious.

This place is a absolute gem for the real ale enthusiasts. Magnificent selection of fine Kirkby Lonsdale brews. Very busy which highlights the vast popularity of this Real Ale Mecca! Highly recommended and yes, I bought a T-shirt !!
