We went to the White Horse for dinner one Friday evening whilst staying with friends in the area. What a lovely welcome we had and great food as well. The menu is not extensive, which is good as everything was freshly prepared. Many, if not all, of the ingredients are locally sourced, another bonus for us. The excellent quality food, friendly staff and brilliant atmosphere keep us coming back! The chef is an expert and uses food of the highest quality and locally sourced. The menu has been thought about and changes daily! The refurbished is lovely ! Classy and country- totally in keeping. There is a beautiful beer garden with views. Delicious and imaginative meals last night at The White Horse. Everything served with care and attention but not fussy (in a good way!). The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. This will be our go-to eatery from now on especially as the menu changes frequently according to the seasonal produce available.
