We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it has always been brilliant. Over time, we have seen how “touristy” some cafes/restaurants have gotten in Bowness and thankfully, Alpine has remained true to its roots of fantastic, traditional food at reasonable prices. We will continue to go for our weekly breakfast for the next 10 years too!
What a friendly and nice place. Highly recommended, they were very generous with the food. A good range of menu options. Plus they gave me a xtra Hot water with my tea, which always makes me happy!

Great service; very friendly . Only went for coffee and scone. Coffee served hot and scone delicious. Reasonably priced. The specials on the blackboard looked very tempting. Will definitely go for breakfast or lunch someday soon. Went on friend’s recommendation and were not disappointed.
