Excellent authentic thin crust Italian pizza, made by an owner who really cares about the quality of his dough and traditional skills like hand stretched bases. Real Italian food . We often visit Bakewell and this is the first time at this restaurant and definitely not the last . From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff . After looking at the great value menu we took their recommendation of an Italian Pasta dish . Ordered a takeaway and rocked up to collect it. A great start as the pizzas were made fresh and ready to be cooked. Of the two young cooks, one seemed to be a little stressed and to be honest wasn’t inspiring too much confidence that the the food would be good, however, the pizzas and pasta dishes were great. The large pizza is 10” as it says on the menu. Maybe others were expecting a 12”? It is quite clear though. Pizza dough is amazing.
