Cosy friendly pub, although more of a restaurant now due to covid and lack of space. Food was very good and well priced.No real ale on at the moment due to reduced trade and opening hours, I'll give stars when its back on :)
Visited the Royal Oak this evening and was very impressed with the Vegan/Vegetarian menu6 out of the 9 items were vegan. Best vegan menu I have ever seen, my food choice was delicious

Had an excellent meal. Staff very friendly the, chef even came out to have a word with us. All the food is home made. My husband had steak and stilton pie which was extremely good and I had fish and chips which was also excellent. The portions were very generous so take a good appetite with you.
