Great pub, food was decent and portions generous. Service was good. Really happy to have this down the road from our Airbnb. Lovely and inviting on a cold damp night. Parking outside made it easy to get to.
Campsite: warm and clean showers/ toilets. A bit muddy on the grass prices so I put my campervan on the overflow gravel car park. Good beer, didn't try the food but I'll be back. Site is adjacent to the trail that leads all the way to Ashbourne.

Stayed here for 3 nights camping and it was perfect! I enjoyed my time thoroughly on the site as the warden was very friendly and welcoming, it was always clean and very peaceful! The location is also wonderful as it being right next to the high peak trail makes it perfect for dog walkers.I also went for a meal one evening and the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly too! thank you for a lovely few nights and I can't wait to come back next summer!!
